The whole world seems to be on hold at the moment. We have all been waiting for 'things to get back to normal' for nearly a year now, and it looks like a few more months at least.Probably 5 weeks+ before the gyms open again and we can meet in groups. Imagine how much progress you could make in the next 5 weeks though!! Lose 10lbs? 2 inches off your waist? Be smashing out those crunches and pushups with ease? Outdoor PT sessions are not on hold. Does anyone struggle with bloat and water retention, that they are mistaking for 'fat' ?? These photos were both taken first thing in the morning before eating/drinking - 7 DAYS APART!5lb down. An inch off my waist, half inch off my hips, and an inch off my thighs. So this is a little reminder that even if your training is on POINT, what you put inside your body will show on the outside. Quicker than any muscle gain will show too I'm afraid.Working out hard for an hr doesn't always help if you aren't in control for the other 23hrs of the day.
