My current group training package is the “Trim and Toned” programme.
An online group training programme based on a minimum of one 30 minute strength session and two 30 minute cardio sessions per week, specifically designed for fat loss and muscle toning.
Suitable for all abilities; adaptions and alternatives stated for every exercise to increase or decrease intensity.
Video clips and descriptions for all exercises.
Detailed programme showing repetitions, sets and rest periods.
Can be completed at home or in the gym with minimal kit.
Small change coaching to really boost your results.
Accessed through my bespoke training software with the ability to offer feedback on how you’re doing.
